Racers are ready to take to the track for the first Wednesday Nite of the 2025 season.

On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Lebanon Valley Dragway in West Lebanon, NY the weather cleared and the cars took to the track for the first Wednesday Nite Street Night and test and tune of the season. This was the first points race of many that are held every Wednesday through the end of September. The only Wednesday that there will not be racing is on July 2, in preparation for the NHRA Northeast Division Regional Event. So mark your calendars.

Towards the end of last season, we opened the Wednesday Night Test and Tune portion to include all vehicles and not just street cars. Of course it is a shorter night of racing with the night starting with the bracket racing categories at 6pm with the Sportsman Series, Trophy Class, Street Stick and then the Pure Street Motorcycles followed by the Test and Tune but it's a good night if you're close to get a couple of runs in under the lights. The evening usually goes until around 10pm or when the competitive classes conclude with their races.

Starting out with the first results of the season. In the Street Trophy class, the final went off between Devon Georgini in his 2015 Dodge Ram defeating Hubert Godin in his 2013 Ford Taurus.
