WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

      

      -If the event is rained out BEFORE 6:30pm or before the completion of one full round of time trials/test and tune, full rain checks will be honored.

      -If the event is rained out after the completion of first round of racing (three time trials for test and tune lanes OR AFTER 7:30pm whichever occurs first, no rain check will be honored.

 

SATURDAY TEST & TUNE

      -If the event is rained out BEFORE 12:00 Noon, event will be considered a rainout. Your stub and wristband will be honored in full.

      -If the event is rained out AFTER 12:00 Noon, no rain check will be honored

 

SUNDAY RACE DAYS

      -If the first time trial is NOT completed, a full rain check will be honored

      -If the first time trial IS completed and we are rained out, your stub and wrist band will be worth $35 towards your next entry.

      -If the second round of time trials are completed and we are rained out then your stub and rain check will be worth $30 towards your next entry.

 

ALL RAIN CHECKS ARE VALID FOR THIRTY (30) DAYS FOLLOWING THE RAINED OUT EVENT. RAIN CHECKS WILL NOT BE HONORED ANY TIME AFTER THIRTY (30) DAYS. NO CASH REFUNDS.
