Sunday, August 28, 2022 the final Summit ET Points race in Super, Pro, Motorcycle, Junior Dragster and Junior Street was held closing out the season, crowning the champions and determining the drivers who will represent Lebanon Valley at the Summit ET Bracket Finals September 22-24, 2022 at Maple Grove Dragway. The remainder of the team will be determined with the final of the Sportsman points on Wednesday, August 31.
Gary Carbone of Cortlandt Manor, NY defeated Mark Cannamela of Preston, CT in the final round of Super Eliminator. Abbey Beecher of Winsted, CT was defeated in the semi's.
Chris Lofgren of Schuylerville, NY was on a roll and finished the day by not only defeating Bill Bugden of Somers, CT but by finishing the year in second in Pro Eliminator. James Brown of Stamford, VT finished his day in the semi's.
Ron Blake of Oxford, CT finished his season in the winner's circle when he defeated Ben Fish of Averill Park, NY. Jeff Tisdale of Glastonbury, CT and Matt Gazaille of Whitinsville, MA finished in the semi's.
Haven Spring of Wetherfield, CT defeated Giuseppe Porfilio of East Longmeadow, MA in the final of Junior Dragster. Travis Paquin of Kingston, NH and AJ Fiorello of Brewster, NY finished in the semi's.
Caroline Billetts of Rensselaer, NY took home the win over Spencer Jasmin of Canaan, CT in Junior Street. Lucas Verenini of Albany, NY lost in the semi's.
Michael Charron of Hebron, CT defeated Mike Leclair of North Smithfield, RI in the final of Open Trophy. Jeff Andrews of Pittsfield, MA lost in the semi's.
