New York State Champions Crowned at LVD for 2025

On Sunday, August 3, 2025 the New York State Championships were held at Lebanon Valley Dragway in West Lebanon, NY in each of Summit ET racing classes. Another day of sunshine that blessed the dragway, this event checked off another points race in the 2025 season.

Stu Brown Jr of Broad Brook, CT took home the trophy in Pro Eliminator when he defeated Henry Trapp from Stormville, NY in the final round. Billy Kirpens, Jr. finished his day in the semi-finals.

Rick Bergeron of Burlington, CT took the win in Super Eliminator when he defeated Kimberlee Snell in the final. Grant Nichols, Sr and Shawn Nichols of Marlborough, CT finished in the semi-finals.

Adam Sheran of Blandford, MA took the trophy and the win in Motorcycle/Sled Eliminator when he defeated Jonathan Tisdale of Napanoch, NY in the final. Louie Supczek of Ware, MA finished his day in the semi-finals.

Sporting a new car, Mason Spinelli of Latham, NY took the win for the special trophy when he defeated Joey Foster of Cortlandt Manor, NY. Jayden Rogers of Fort Edward, NY finished in the semi-finals.

Colin Morin of Chicopee, MA took the win in Junior Street when he defeated John Couture of Ellington, CT. Haley Powers of Hampden, MA finished her day in the semi-finals.

Caroline Billetts of Rensselaer, NY won Open Trophy when she defeated Jeff Cross of Nassau, NY in the final. Samuel Ibbitson of Old Lyme, CT finished in the semi-finals.

Ed Linus of Mays Landing, NJ took the day two race of the East Coast Gassers when he defeated Bruce Deming of Torrington, CT in the final. Ken Campbell of North Yarmouth, ME and Kyle Torres of East Bridge Water, MA finished their day in the semi-finals.
