Never listen to the weatherman when it comes to Lebanon Valley. It rains when it is supposed to be sunny, it's sunny when it is supposed to rain. Well, you get it. Once again, all week long they called for rain and storms on Saturday, July 22, 2023 and you guessed it. It was warm and sunny and we got a whole lot of racing in.

Jason Heintz was a great help and updated the goings on with NODRAMA. "NODRAMA is heating up in the Valley. Last couple weeks, rain rain rain, cancel cancel cancel. But, when NODRAMA is on the schedule, the clouds parted ways.

Winner for event #6 was none other than Buick Bob Christo! Taking the runner-up spot with an outstanding 5 round run, and first time going to a final round was Jungle Jack Becker. With that showing, Jack moved up 6 positions into a three-way tie for the 3rd spot. How can we not mention our very own Captain America Dan Munsell quietly clawing his way up the ladder, takes sole position of Number 2. Heading in to event #6, the 2022 NODRAMA Champion Ritchie DeGraff Sr, made his way back to the top and still remains on top of the NODRAMA Mountain. Next up is event #7 Saturday 8/5, the official 2nd half of the season with 6 events to go is here and, the 2023 Championship is still anyone's to grab.

SIDE NOTE: The official NODRAMA New member cutoff for the 2023 season is also at event #7 on Saturday 8/5. If you were thinking of joining for the remainder of the 2023 season, this will be your last chance."

Matt Ticcony of Marlboro, NY was the winner of the Non-Electronic Gamblers when he defeated Warren Wright of Salem, CT. Rocco Saccone, Jr of East Northport, NY and Scott Carpenter.

Keith Lauzier, Jr. of Winsted, CT defeated Mark Beaton of Torrington, CT in the final of the electronic gamblers. Mike Fitts of Groton, CT lost in the semi-finals.

The East Coast Gassers visited the Valley for a double header weekend. They will return in two weeks to show off their old style vehicles in great side by side exciting racing. Tom Dinunzio of South Kingstown, RI defeated Clayton Deming of Torrington, CT in the final. Ed Linus of Mays, NJ and Bob Bower of Lincoln, DE lost in the semi-finals.

Karl Wright of East Longmeadow, MA defeated Drew Wonderly of Hurley, NY on day one of the double header weekend of the Northeast Super Street Association. George McGuigan, Jr lost in the semi finals.
