After a Wednesday night off to accommodate parking for the NHRA Division 1 Bracket Finals, the Lebanon Valley Dragway in West Lebanon, NY was back at it on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Although it rained to the north, south and east of the track which lowered the number of racers in attendance, there was no rain at the track.

Now that the points for the season in the bracket racing classes are over, the classes will continue to race for trophies and prizes until the end of September when Wednesday nights will cease until next season.

In Sportsman ET, Missy Billetts of Rensselaer, NY defeated Joe Coss from Burlington, CT in the final to take top honors. Ron Christie of Wingdale, NY and Rodney Humiston, Sr. of Fort Edward, NY finished in the semi-finals.

In Street Stick, Vince Berzal of Saugerties, NY defeated Mark LeBlanc of North Smithfield, RI in the final round. Ernie Sargeant of Chicopee, MA finished his night in the semi-finals.

Bob Bradley of Fort Edward, NY took home the trophy in Pure Street Motorcycle when he defeated Chris Cunningham of Nassau, NY. Duke Huyck of Valatie, NY finished his night in the semi-finals

Street Trophy was won by Christian LaBonte of Huntington, MA when he defeated Mark Reed of Canajoharie, NY.

Make sure if you run in sportsman, you mark your calendars for Wednesday, September 16, 2026 when the grand prize to the winner will be an NHRA 75th Anniversary Diamond Wally trophy. If, for some reason, we have rain that night it will be moved to the following week.

Hope to see you all soon!
