Friday & Saturday Awesome Races with Sunday Cut Short Due to Weather at LVD

Friday, July 18, 2025 started the weekend under the lights on a warm summer night at Lebanon Valley Dragway with an open track rental with 1/8 mile gamblers races in electronics and non-electronics. Saturday followed suit first thing in the morning with Bikes in the Valley along with Port-A-Tree gamblers races in non-electronics and electronics and the second race in the Junior Dragster Summer Series. Sunday was a humid day that started off and we were able to get through a few rounds of racing before the lightening started to strike over the hill and the winds picked up. Not too long after the skies opened up but only after the races were called off and everyone had the opportunity to get things put away.
On Friday, Ryan Biliter won the no box gamblers race when he defeated Bill Rogers of Hudson Falls, NY. Sam Alleshouse of Greenwich, NY and Mike DeCarolis finished their night in the semi-finals.
Grant Nichols, Sr. of Marlborough, CT defeated Adam Sheran of Chester, MA in the final of the box gamblers. Jeff Tisdale formerly of Glastonbury, CT finished his night in the semi-finals.
Onto Saturday, July 19 the Orient Express Bikes in the Valley were at the track again for their next points race.

Duke Huyck of Valatie, NY doubled up in two classes, first in the Street class when he defeated Jonathan Tisdale of Napanoch, NY. Bob Bradley of Fort Edward, NY finished in street in the semi-finals.

Duke then went on to win in the 9.2 Below class when he defeated Ryan Beardsley of Derby, CT. Matt Gazaille of Putnam, CT finished in the semi-finals.

Adam Sheran of Blandford, MA won the Pro Class when he defeated Bob Bradley of Fort Edward, NY in the final round. Ben Fish of Averill Park, NY and Jonathan Tisdale of Napanoch, NY finished in the semi-finals.
In the Port-A-Tree 1/8 Mile gamblers races, Nelson Belot, Sr. of Dalton, MA won the no box race when he defeated Shawn Nichols of Marlborough, CT in the final. Grant Nichols Jr of East Hampton, CT and Michael Bloch of East Hampton, CT both finished in the semi-finals.
Charlie Mule' of Yonkers, NY won the Port-A-Tree box gamblers when he defeated Rick Bergeron of Burlington, CT. Tom Couture finished his day in the semi-finals.

The Summer Junior Dragster Gambler Series was won by Dylan Coss of Burlinton, CT when he defeated Cameron Powers of Hampden, MA. Billy Foster of Cortlandt Manor, NY finished his day in the semi-finals.
Unfortunately for Sunday, it was a short-lived day with the storm front approaching but we were able to finish junior dragster and junior street. The remainder of the classes were ended and the winnings were split with the remaining competitors.
Ryleigh Morgan of Ballston Spa, NY took the win in Junior Street with Gavin Russo of Norfolk, CT taking the runner up spot. John Couture of Ellington, CT finished in the semi-finals.
Joey Foster of Cortlandt Manor, NY took the win in the junior dragster division with Mason Russo of Norfolk, CT taking home the runner up spot. Jayden Rogers of Fort Edward, NY and Billy Foster of Cortlandt Manor, NY finished in the semi-finals.
