BIV, NESSA and Central Mass Results from Saturday, July 20

It was a great day with beauitiful weather that was the brackdrop for exciting side by side drag racing action at Lebanon Valley Dragway in West Lebanon, NY on Saturday, July 20, 2024. With competition in The Orient Express Bikes in the Valley in three classes as well as competition in Central Mass Drag Racers and Super Street, there was also a gmblers race on the quarter mile in Non-Electronics Gamblers.


In the Bikes in the Valley 9.2 class, Lou Supczak of Ware, MA defeated Shawn Rainey of Waterford, CT in the final. Jason Iannotti of Middlefield, CT and Ryan Beardsley of Derby, CT finished their day in the semi-finals.


In the Bikes in the Valley Pro ET class, Adam Sheran of Blandford, MA took top honors when he defeated Joe DePietro of East Harford, CT in the final. Francis Supczak of Ware, MA finished in the semi-finals.


In the Bikes in the Valley Street ET, Duke Huyck of Valatie, NY defeated Ed Green of Springfield, MA in the final. Floyd Appleby of Delmar, NY and Thomas Lafauci of Mastic Beach, NY finished their day in the semi-finals.


Central Mass Drag Racers held their next meet where Dan Pickett of Holden, MA took the win over Brooklyn Dombraski of Spencer, MA. Greg LeBlanc of Marlboro, MA finished in the semi-finals.


The Northeast Super Street Association saw Mike Fitts of Groton, CT take his third in a row win when he defeated David Parker of GLenville, NY in the final round. Kenny VanGorder of Kingston, NY finished his day in the semi-finals.


There was the opportunity to run in the Non-Electronic Gamblres race which was run on the quarter mile. Russ Wilber of Ghent, NY defeated Angelo Fretto of Esperance, NY in the final. Deanna Brockett of Lebanon, NY and Warren Dondero of East Northport, NY finished their day in the semi-finals.
