Wednesday Night Street Series Back at it after the Holiday Weekend

Wednesday, July 9, 2025 saw the Street Series and mid week test and tune back on the track after the 4th of July weekend and the NHRA Divisional race. Another warm night at the track brought out some great side by side racing under the lights with an additional special test run and treat for those in attendance, when Ernie Bogue made a test pass in his jet dragster. It is true that Wednesday nights hosts testing for all types of vehicles as well as bracket racing in the Sportsman Class, trophy class, stick class and pure street motorcycle class.
Starting out with the results in the sportsman ranks. Long time racers went head to head in the final round. Earl Whitcomb of Jewett, NY took the win when he defeated Andy Assman of Ballston Spa, NY. Nick Maynard of Schaghticoke, NY finished his night in the semi-finals.

In street stick, Michael St Martin of Huntington, MA won when he defeated Ernie Sargent of Chicopee, MA. Mark LeBlanc of North Smithfield, RI and Vince Berzal of Saugerties, NY finished their night in the semi-finals.

Adam Sheran of Blandford, MA took the win in pure street motorcycle when he defeated Chris Cunningham of Nassau, NY. Larry Hoyt Jr of Elizaville, NY finished his night in the semi-finals.

Street Trophy was won by Lucas Verenini of Albany, NY when he defeated Steve Johnson of Feeding Hills, MA. Tony Madia of Schenectady, NY and Anthony DePasquale of Valatie, NY finished in the semi-finals.
