Wednesday, June 4, 2025 was an awesome night for some drag racing under dry conditions and sunshine at Lebanon Valley Dragway. After countless attempts to get a race in the books, it was a big relief that cars were actually running down the track under beautiful blue skies in both street competitive classes and open testing.
In the Sportsman ET category, Billy Kirpens Jr. of Pittsfield, MA, continued his domination by taking another win when he defeated Michael Bloch of Colchester, CT in the final. Greg Lattarulo of South Windsor, CT finished his night in the semi-finals.

In Street Stick, long time runner John Orloff or Northville, NY took top honors when he defeated Michael St. Martin of Huntington, MA in the final. Patrick Guida of West Boylston, MA finished his night in the semi-finals.

Pure Street Motorcycle racer Duke Huyck of Valatie, NY defeated Adam Sheran of Blandford, MA in the final. Gabriel Torres of Schenectady, NY and Desmond White of Springfield, MA finished their night in the semi-finals.
In Street Trophy, Malcom Warner of Schoharie, NY took his pick up truck to the winner circle when he defeated Anthony DePasquale of Valatie, NY. James Williams of Hyde Park, NY finished his night in the semi-finals.

Here's an interesting note of fact, Malcom Warner, the winner of Street Trophy also won at the Lebanon Valley Speedway on Saturday, May 10, 2025 in the Late Model class of the Mohawk Valley Vintage Modifieds. Way to go!
Here's to crossed fingers and toes for more racing at the Valley of Speed without the intrusion of Mother Nature. There are a ton of events coming up on the schedule including the Night of Fire on Friday, June 27 and the NHRA Division 1 Regional event July 3-6.
Something new this season is the inclusion of video clips on Tik Tok. Check it out Lebanon Valley Dragway on Tik Tok. You never know what you'll see.
