2026 Seasonal Pit Parking for Trailers and Campers
Seasonal Parking for April 19, 2026 through October 25, 2026
- Racer will NOT be assigned a specific pit/parking spot. Racers may choose their own pit area. If racer leaves/moves vehicle, area will NOT be held or reserved. Spots are chosen on a first come/first serve basis. Only those on the premises with Campers/Non racing vehicles will be assigned a specific area. THERE IS TO BE NO MARKERS/STAKES/TAPE OF ANY KIND TO “SAVE SPOTS” OR “MARK” AREAS! THIS PROHIBITS CLEAN UP OF AREAS PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON.
- Racer will be given an assigned sticker from the Dragway office. This official sticker must be visible at all times on the rigs/campers that are left on the premises so that someone passing by can clearly see it.
- Seasonal parking will be permitted from the fenced area between the main parking lot to the back pit area only. There will be NO parking permitted on any of the paved areas.Racers are not permitted to leave the vehicle in the center paved parking area. This is reserved for weekend parking, special events and drifting pit area.
- Racer must notify track office if you are removing your vehicle from the track.
- Racer agrees to pay parking fees as set below and must be paid in advance of parking.
- Racer understands that any violation of the rules excludes him/her from the parking program.
- IF WE HAVE TO MOVE YOUR TRAILER/CAMPER FOR NOT ADHERING TO THE BLACKOUT DATES, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCKS BEING CUT OFF OR ANY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER
- RACER hereby assumes full responsibility for and assumes the risk of property damage.
- RACERS (MUST BE AN LVD POINTS MEMBERS)-Racers who participate in the Lebanon Valley Dragway points program are permitted to leave their vehicle, trailer, motorhome on the facility withinthe pit area for a discounted cost.
- Pit area parking MUST be between the “hashmarks” with tow vehicles/trailers to be parked front to back and to be maintained within the area designated (approximately 20’w x 55’l). Parking outside this area may result in the request vehicle removal. One space equals one fee.
- Parking sideways to create a “U” or across the front of a pit area will NOT be permitted. Vehicles parked in this manner will be removed and owner/operator will lose the privilege to park in the future.
- All Vehicles must be self-contained. There are no hook ups/water/electricity/sewers. There will be a service for removal of waste water and septic available on a weekly basis at the owner/operator’s expense. Signs for this service are available in the Dragway tower office (first floor).
- The area upkeep is the responsibility of the owner/operator. Failure to maintain the area may result in loss of privileges and forfeiture of fees. Fire pits must be off the ground and contained.
- PARKING/USING THE ROADWAYS AND ACCESSWAYS AS PIT AREAS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. These areas must be kept open for emergency vehicles.
- NON-RACERS- Individuals who wish to park their campers/motorhomes shall do so in the area designated along the Route 20 side of the pit area on the eastern most side of the speedway. Non-Racers are not permitted to park vehicles in the pit area. This area is reserved for those participating in the racing program. These vehicles will not be required to be removed for special events if parked in the designated area.
- Pit parking is not permitted in the area of the go-kart track in the BACK field. This area is reserved for the go-kart track and vehicles will be requested to be removed.
- Failure to park in the assigned areas will result in removal
- ANYONE who stays on the premises is requested to observe quiet time after 11pm. Failure to do somay result in revocation of parking privileges.
Seasonal parking will be permitted to leave vehicles/campers/trailers in the grass parking area between the fence and the go-karts near the clubhouse (public go-kart area by Route 20) , HOWEVER, ALL VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED AS PER THE DATES LISTED FOR CAR SHOWS AND OTHER EVENTS.
Racer must move vehicle on blackout dates listed below off the premises or to a designated area. Vehicles that are not moved in accordance with these dates may be removed by track personnel. Lebanon Valley is not responsible for any damage incurred if vehicles need to be moved.
BLACKOUT DATES-
GRASS AREA NEAR FRONT GATE GO-KARTS (Route 20)
Those who choose to park near the go-kart track at the front gate MUST MOVE their vehicles for the following events or they will be moved at the owner’s expense. The track will not be responsible for any damage if the vehicles are not moved and need to be removed. Failure to move vehicles may result in the forfeiture of future seasonal parking privileges. Be advised, should you choose to park in this area, access may be limited during drifting events.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THIS AREA BY THE END OF RACING OCTOBER 10 TO PREPARE FOR WINTER STORAGE PARKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

--ALL RACER VEHICLES & TRAILERS OFF THE PROPERTY OR PARKED IN DESIGNATE AREA OUT OF THE PITS – Vehicles will not be permitted to return until the MONDAY after the event

END OF SEASON-
END OF RACING SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25 – ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE FACILITY- No Exceptions
YEARLY RATE-
NON- RACERS/NON-POINTS MEMBERS – The fee for this privilege is $350.00 for the 2026 season and is payable in the Dragway tower office upon leaving the vehicle. An assigned label/sticker issued by the office shall be displayed on the vehicle indicating permission to park in the designated area along Route 20 in the eastern field.
RACERS/LEBANON VALLEY DRAGWAY POINTS MEMBERS- The fee for this privilege is $300.00 for the 2026 season is payable in the Dragway tower office PRIOR TO leaving the vehicle. A label/sticker issued by the office must be affixed to the vehicle upon parking.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PICK UP PARKING STICKERS IN THE FIRST FLOOR TOWER OFFICE. NO STICKERS WILL BE MAILED.
